Goodwill Contract Services Inc. (GCSI) is a temporary staffing solution for state agencies, county offices, and the private industry. We are the sole source for state governmental agencies through TIBH (Texas Industry for the Blind and Handicapped) which gives people with disabilities the opportunity to gain valuable work experiences through GCSI. We also offer competititve salaries for clerical, data entry, and administrative assistant positions.

The amounts we charge for our temporary workers is only enough for us to cover our costs for the service, not to produce a profit, which allows us to offer better rates than our competitors.
