WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR
Master’s degree in vocational rehabilitation and a state license to test and evaluate the functional limitations of people with disabilities, public administration, human services or related field needed. Experience in social work helpful. Five years in managing rehabilitation programs with a total of three years administrative/management experience necessary. Must be able to manage and administer all phases of employment, training, classroom, placement and contracts. Direct client services required. Must be able to record and evaluate results of all programs. Must maintain communication with other executive staff members to achieve corporate goals. Good computer skills are a necessity. Flexibility is a must!

PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE
Goodwill Industries is needing someone to help sort donated goods for
resale in retail stores. Must be able to pay close attention to detail. Must
be able to stand for up to 8 hours a day and will require some heavy lifting.
Will perform other tasks as assigned. Experience working with quotas
preferred, not required. Employer is willing to train the right person. This is
a full-time position and will require some weekend work.

JANITORIAL EVENING CREW SUPERVISOR
Evening Janitorial Supervisor for Goodwill Industries of Lubbock, Inc.
Responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of janitorial services
for an assigned group of workers. Duties include but are not limited to:
driving workers to contract sites, training, planning, organizing, assigning
tasks, record keeping, ensuring that tools and chemicals are available,
assisting and working with workers and ensuring that work is performed
in accordance with contract specifications. Pay ranges from 9-10 depending
upon experience.
