Our Purpose
Goodwill Contract Services, Inc. (CSI) - a community rehabilitation program. CSI is one of the most successful staffing firms in Lubbock, and a temporary solution for State agencies, county offices, Texas Tech University, and the private industry. We are the sole source of temporary employment solution for State agencies through Texas Industry for the Blind and Handicapped (TIBH), which gives people with disabilities the dignity that comes from a paycheck.
